VCGT160402 and VCGT160404 inserts with 25-degree tip angle in R24, R25 and L25 geometries adopt KM241 substrate grade. Designed for high-precision profile turning to meet complex contour and chamfer machining requirements on CNC lathes.

Carefully ground sharp cutting edge reduces cutting force and produces excellent workpiece surface quality. The tailored tip angle avoids tool interference during profiling, supporting stable continuous cutting for fine finishing operations.

KM241 carbide grade balances wear resistance and toughness against chipping. Suitable for precision profiling of aluminum, copper and some stainless steel parts widely used in automotive, mold and general machinery manufacturing.
