This WNMG series peach-shaped indexable insert includes WNMG080404-DH and WNMG080408-DH specifications with DH chipbreaker, forged from premium KA10M grade tungsten carbide. It is purpose-built for heavy-duty rough turning of 304, 316 and various stainless steel workpieces at high feeds and large cutting depths.

The optimized DH chipbreaker delivers stable chip breaking and smooth evacuation under high-load roughing conditions, effectively eliminating chip entanglement and workpiece surface scratching. KA10M grade combines outstanding wear resistance and anti-adhesion performance, maintaining cutting edge integrity for extended tool life in continuous stainless steel cutting.

Its double-sided structure provides 6 usable cutting edges, greatly improving cost efficiency per insert in mass production. Fully compatible with standard WNMG external turning tool holders, it enables quick indexing to minimize machine downtime, widely applied in pressure vessels, chemical machinery and food equipment industries.
