These TGF32R vertical-mounted round-nose grooving inserts cover groove widths of 0.5 to 3.5mm and corner radii from R0.25 to R1.0, crafted with KM15 coated carbide grade. The vertical structure ensures high cutting rigidity and fits standard vertical grooving toolholders for retaining ring groove machining.

The rigid vertical mounting delivers excellent impact resistance in grooving operations. The precision-ground round nose forms accurate arc and retaining ring grooves, with smooth chip evacuation, fine groove surface finish and highly consistent dimensional accuracy for various steel workpieces.
