These precision-lapped CCGT04 micro fine boring inserts are available in 040102L-F and 040104L-F, with KPR930 coated carbide and KTN60 cermet grades. They serve as direct replacements for PR930/VP15TF/TN60 and fit small-bore boring bars for steel, stainless steel and cast iron.

The ultra-sharp fully ground cutting edges deliver mirror-like bore surface finish and exceptional dimensional accuracy. KPR930 offers strong built-up edge resistance for stainless steel, while KTN60 cermet ensures ultra-smooth finishing on steel workpieces.
