This CCMT series 80° diamond indexable insert covers 0.2mm, 0.4mm and 0.8mm nose radii, paired with premium VP15TF and KM242 PVD-coated carbide grades. It is specially engineered for internal boring, semi-finishing and finishing of 304, 316 and various stainless steel workpieces on CNC lathes.

The advanced PVD coating technology delivers exceptional anti-adhesion and wear resistance, effectively suppressing built-up edge and crater wear in continuous stainless steel machining. Optimized cutting edge geometry ensures stable chip control and consistent high surface finish across a wide range of cutting parameters.
