This grooving tool set includes the SGEL2020K-E face grooving holder and GER200-EE-T indexable inserts, available in cutting widths of 1.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm and 6.5mm. It is dedicated to face grooving and annular ring grooving processes on CNC lathes for steel workpieces.

The GER inserts adopt optimized EE chipbreaker geometry, ensuring smooth chip evacuation and stable cutting force during continuous grooving. Premium coated carbide substrate delivers outstanding wear resistance and maintains consistent groove dimensional accuracy in batch production.
