These SNMG series square turning inserts feature PN8118 carbide grade with dedicated coating, specially designed for stainless steel and difficult-to-machine materials. Available in SNMG120408-MS and SNMG120412-MS with MS chipbreaker, they fit standard CNC lathe holders perfectly.

The optimized MS chipbreaker paired with precision-ground cutting edges ensures stable chip evacuation and excellent built-up edge resistance when machining stainless steel. PN8118 grade delivers outstanding wear and chipping resistance, guaranteeing consistent surface quality and dimensional accuracy.
