These TKF series grooveless bevel parting inserts feature KM15 carbide grade, specially developed for brass machining. Available in TKF12R150-S16RNB and TKF16R200-S16RNB, they follow Kyocera standard and fit Swiss-type lathe holders perfectly.

The grooveless bevel edge design significantly lowers cutting resistance, delivering smooth chip evacuation and outstanding anti-adhesion for brass. KM15 grade ensures excellent wear resistance, clean cut surfaces and consistent dimensional accuracy.

Perfect for parting brass workpieces on Swiss-type lathes. The bevel structure enables light and smooth cutting, and extended service life reduces tool changes to effectively improve mass production efficiency.
