These 11IR series high-performance internal threading inserts feature A60, A55 profiles and 1.0–2.0ISO pitches, along with 14W specifications. Engineered with KIC908 carbide grade for stainless steel and steel, they precisely fit standard 11-type CNC threading toolholders.

The wear-resistant coating and optimized cutting geometry deliver outstanding chipping and abrasion resistance on austenitic stainless steel. They ensure reliable chip control, excellent thread surface finish and stable dimensional accuracy throughout continuous production.
