These fully ground triangular threading inserts come in 22ER external and 22IR internal types with KM15 carbide grade. Featuring standard ISO thread profiles in 4.0/5.0/6.0 pitches, they fit standard threading holders and suit steel, stainless steel and copper.

 

The fully lapped cutting edges deliver precise thread profile and excellent surface finish. KM15 grade provides superior wear and chipping resistance with strong anti-built-up-edge performance, ensuring consistent thread accuracy and clean tooth surfaces.

 

Ideal for internal and external threading on CNC lathes for various metals. The versatile design covers multiple pitch demands, and extended service life reduces tool changes to effectively boost mass threading productivity.
