CCGT09T3 ER/EL-U KPR930 Stainless Steel CNC Precision Boring Insert

This CCGT series precision boring insert comes in 0.1mm, 0.2mm and 0.4mm nose radii, with right-hand ER and left-hand EL U-type chipbreakers, matched with KPR930 stainless steel-dedicated carbide grade. It is engineered for high-precision internal fine boring of 304, 316 and various austenitic stainless steels.

The KPR930 grade features advanced PVD coating with excellent anti-adhesion and wear resistance, effectively suppressing built-up edge and crater wear in continuous stainless steel boring. The precision-ground razor-sharp edge ensures micron-level dimensional accuracy and mirror-like surface finish.

Fully interchangeable with standard SCLCR/L boring tool holders, these inserts enable quick indexing to minimize machine downtime. They are widely applied in precision machinery, hydraulic, valve and medical device industries, delivering reliable performance and high cost efficiency for mass production.
