This MZR series solid tungsten carbide circular-arc face grooving tool adopts high-grade carbide substrate with premium wear-resistant coating. The Y-MZR 4R0.5 L10 features 4mm shank, 10mm cutting depth and R0.5 arc edge, ideal for face grooving of bores above 4mm on CNC Swiss-type lathes.

Precision-lapped circular arc cutting edges ensure stable grooving action and smooth chip evacuation in narrow confined inner bore spaces. The durable coating delivers consistent groove profile accuracy and excellent surface finish for steel and stainless steel workpieces.
