This SBUR6 20L R0.2 small-bore internal boring tool is made of high-rigidity solid tungsten carbide with a 90° flat-bottom cutting profile. Equipped with a 6mm shank, 20mm cutting depth and R0.2 nose radius, it is ideal for machining bores over 3mm on Swiss-type CNC lathes.

The precision-ground 90° flat cutting edge delivers accurate right-angle forming for inner hole steps and end faces. It ensures stable cutting and smooth chip evacuation in narrow bores, achieving consistent dimensional precision and fine surface finish on steel and stainless steel workpieces.
