This MIR 3A60 L15 micro internal threading tool is built from solid tungsten carbide with high-hardness nano-blue coating. With a standard 60° thread angle, it processes steel, stainless steel and quenched parts up to HRC62, ideal for small-bore threading on Swiss-type CNC lathes.

The nano-blue coating significantly elevates surface hardness and wear resistance for hardened material cutting. Precision-lapped thread edges guarantee accurate thread profiles, excellent surface finish and stable dimensional accuracy throughout continuous mass production.

Its high-rigidity integral shank delivers chatter-free stable threading in tiny inner bores. Extended tool life cuts tool-change frequency and downtime, effectively boosting mass production efficiency of precision hardened threaded components.
