This VNFGR/VNMFR series micro face grooving insert adopts a modular replaceable solid carbide structure, available in KT20, KT40 and PR930 ceramic-grade coatings. With complete specifications, it avoids full shank replacement, perfectly suitable for face grooving on Swiss-type CNC lathes.

Precision-lapped cutting edges with optimized anti-vibration geometry ensure stable chatter-free grooving in small bores. Different coating grades match various workpiece materials, delivering accurate groove profiles, excellent surface finish and smooth chip evacuation for steel and stainless steel.
