This MWR/MWL internal profiling and chamfering cutter is made of high-grade solid tungsten carbide with excellent cutting rigidity. Designed for inner-hole profiling, chamfering and bell-mouth machining, it provides both right-hand and left-hand versions for bores over 4mm on Swiss-type CNC lathes.

It features precision-ground edges with accurate corner radii (R0.2/R0.4) and angle options (A60/A90) for precise contouring. Various coating options match steel, stainless steel and aluminum, ensuring superb surface finish and stable dimensional tolerance in continuous machining.

Its compact slim shank fits perfectly in limited inner-hole space for flexible precision machining. It cuts tool change frequency in mass production, reduces auxiliary setup time, and effectively lifts overall processing efficiency of miniature precision mechanical parts.
