This MIR 4A60 L22 small-bore internal threading tool is constructed from solid tungsten carbide with high-hardness nano-blue coating. Featuring a 60° thread angle, it machines steel, stainless steel and quenched parts up to HRC62, ideal for Swiss-type lathe micro threading.

The nano-blue coating greatly boosts surface hardness and wear resistance for hardened material cutting. Precision-lapped thread edges ensure accurate thread profiles, excellent surface finish and consistent dimensional accuracy during continuous mass production.

Its high-rigidity integral shank guarantees stable chatter-free threading in tiny inner bores. Extended tool life reduces tool-change frequency and downtime, effectively improving mass production efficiency of precision hardened threaded components.
