This MIR 4A60 L10 small-bore internal threading tool is made of solid tungsten carbide with high-hardness nano-blue coating. Featuring a 60° thread angle, it handles steel, stainless steel and quenched parts up to HRC62, perfect for micro threading on Swiss-type lathes.

The nano-blue coating greatly enhances surface hardness and wear resistance for hardened material machining. Precision-lapped thread edges deliver accurate thread profiles, excellent surface finish and consistent dimensional accuracy in long-running mass production.
