This MIR/MIL small-bore internal threading tool uses solid tungsten carbide with colorful DLC coating. Both right-hand MIR and left-hand MIL versions are available, ideal for threading aluminum and copper in bores above 3mm on Swiss-type CNC lathes.

The low-friction DLC coating prevents material adhesion and built-up edge, perfect for non-ferrous metal finishing. Precision-lapped 60° threading edges produce accurate thread profiles, mirror-high surface gloss and smooth chip flow.

The high-rigidity integral carbide structure guarantees stable chatter-free machining in micro inner bores. Prolonged tool life cuts tool-change downtime, significantly improving mass production efficiency of precision non-ferrous threaded components.
