This dedicated milling insert series from Dalian SANT contains RDMW1204MO-S and RPMT1204MO-EM round nose inserts with BS2115 grade. It is specially developed for weld bead cleaning and blade profile machining under heavy intermittent cutting conditions.

S and EM optimized chipbreakers provide strong impact resistance and reliable chip evacuation. BS2115 coating features outstanding heat stability and anti-chipping performance, coping with uneven weld deposits and complex blade contour cutting.

Made to standard round insert specifications, these inserts match mainstream round nose milling cutter bodies for quick indexing. Widely applied in energy equipment, turbine blade and structural steel workshops for weld seam removal and profile roughing.
