DESKAR APMT1135/1604PDER H2/M2 LF6018 TF618 Carbide CNC Milling Inserts

This DESKAR indexable milling insert series includes APMT1135PDER and APMT1604PDER models with H2 and M2 chipbreaker geometries, available in LF6018 and TF618 coated carbide grades. It is designed for 90-degree shoulder milling, face milling and slotting on steel, stainless steel and cast iron.

H2 geometry features reinforced cutting edge for heavy roughing with great impact resistance; M2 offers balanced chip control for semi-finishing. LF6018 delivers stable wear resistance for general steel, while TF618 performs excellently for stainless steel and intermittent cutting applications.

Manufactured to standard APMT specifications, these inserts fit common BAP milling cutter bodies for fast indexing and reduced downtime. The reliable multi-edge design provides high cost performance, widely used in mold, automotive and general machinery manufacturing.
