This 45° face milling insert from Dalian SANT features model SEMT1204AFTN-MH with MH optimized chipbreaker geometry, available in BS1001 and BS1015 premium carbide grades. It is engineered for face milling, shoulder milling and slotting on steel, stainless steel and die steel via CNC machining centers.

The BS1001 grade delivers excellent wear resistance and thermal stability for high-speed steel and die steel machining, while BS1015 provides superior impact toughness for stainless steel roughing.
