This dedicated weld bead removal milling insert from Dalian SANT includes two styles: APMT1135PDER-H1 and APMT1604PDER-FN, both with BS2115 carbide grade. It is specially designed for removing weld seams and weld beads on carbon steel and stainless steel workpieces.

H1 chipbreaker owns reinforced cutting edge to withstand intermittent impact from uneven weld deposits; FN geometry provides smooth chip flow for heavy stock removal. BS2115 coating delivers outstanding chipping resistance and thermal stability during weld bead rough milling.

Manufactured to standard APMT specifications, these inserts fit mainstream BAP series 90-degree shoulder milling cutter bodies for quick replacement. Ideal for weld cleaning operations, widely used in pressure vessel, pipeline and structural steel fabrication workshops.
