SANT RDMW1204MO-S ST5000 High Hardness Round Carbide Milling Inserts

This RDMW1204MO-S R6 round milling insert from Dalian SANT adopts premium ST5000 high-hardness tungsten carbide with optimized MO-S chipbreaker geometry. Designed for hardened workpieces, it performs face milling, profiling and cavity machining on quenched die steel, high-hard alloy and tool steel via CNC centers.

The proprietary ST5000 high-hard grade delivers outstanding hot hardness and abrasive wear resistance at elevated cutting temperatures, with reinforced edge toughness to resist chipping under heavy machining loads. It ensures 3–5 times longer tool life than standard carbide grades when processing high-hardness steel parts.

Produced to strict ISO dimensional tolerances, these inserts are fully compatible with standard RDMW12 series round nose milling arbors for fast indexing and drop-in replacement. Widely applied in die making, mold manufacturing and precision tooling, they offer premium hard-machining performance with superior cost efficiency.
