This series of colorful quenching CNC milling inserts covers APMT1135-H2, APMT1135-TT and APMT1604PDER-H2 specifications, built with premium PN8118 carbide and vibrant multi-color PVD coating. Engineered for quenched hardened steels up to HRC 58–62, they deliver stable performance in shoulder, face milling and semi-finishing on CNC centers.

The premium PN8118 carbide substrate features excellent hot hardness and abrasive wear resistance, paired with the multi-color PVD coating that reduces friction and effectively suppresses built-up edge. It maintains sharp cutting edge integrity at high cutting temperatures, delivering 2–3 times longer tool life than standard inserts in hardened steel machining.
