APMT113516 R1.6 DLT205/DL1008 Carbide CNC Milling Inserts

This R1.6 APMT113516 indexable milling insert comes in two premium carbide grades: DLT205 and DL1008, both with advanced PVD coating. It is purpose-built for face milling, profiling and slotting on stainless steel and die steel via CNC machining centers.

The DLT205 grade delivers outstanding wear resistance and thermal stability for high-speed stainless steel machining, while DL1008 provides superior impact toughness for die steel roughing. The optimized R1.6 corner geometry ensures smooth chip evacuation and precise profile finish.

Machined to standard APMT mounting dimensions, these inserts are fully compatible with common indexable milling cutter bodies for fast indexing and reduced setup downtime.
