This series of 45° square face milling inserts features SEKT1204AFTN-MT specification with MT chipbreaker, available in TE1028 and TE1008 premium tungsten carbide grades. Designed for 45° face milling, chamfering and plane finishing, it delivers reliable performance on carbon steel, stainless steel and cast iron workpieces.

The 45° cutting edge angle reduces radial cutting force and ensures smooth machining with minimal vibration. TE1028 grade offers excellent wear resistance for continuous cutting of steel materials, while TE1008 provides superior impact toughness for interrupted machining and cast iron processing.

Manufactured to standard SEKT1204 dimensional tolerances, these inserts are fully compatible with KM12 and TSE-45 series face milling cutter heads for fast indexing and accurate clamping.
