Manufactured by Daoqin Precision Tools, this TKF series small-diameter grooving insert comes in TKF12R and TKF16R right-hand models, covering 0.5mm to 2.0mm cutting widths with S-type chipbreaker. Matched with premium PM125 carbide grade, it is dedicated to grooving and parting on Swiss-type CNC automatic lathes.

The PM125 fine-grain carbide grade delivers excellent wear resistance, edge toughness and dimensional stability, maintaining consistent performance in continuous small-diameter cutting. The optimized S-type chipbreaker ensures reliable chip control and smooth evacuation even in deep grooving operations.
