Manufactured by Dalian Shante, this MRMN series full-radius grooving insert covers 2.0mm to 5.0mm cutting widths with M-type chipbreaker, including MRMN200-M, 300-M, 400 and 500-M models. Matched with BS1029 stainless steel-dedicated grade, it is built for grooving, profiling and O-ring groove machining of 304, 316 austenitic stainless steels.

The BS1029 grade features advanced nano-composite PVD coating with exceptional anti-adhesion and abrasion resistance, effectively suppressing built-up edge and crater wear in stainless steel cutting. The optimized M-type geometry ensures stable chip formation and smooth evacuation across wide feed and depth ranges.

Precision machined to standard MRMN interface dimensions, these double-edged inserts are fully compatible with common external grooving tool holders. They enable quick indexing to minimize machine downtime, and are widely applied in valve, automotive, hardware and precision machinery industries.
