These DCGT11 series diamond turning inserts from Dalian SANT adopt ST5000 high-hardness carbide grade for machining up to HRC62. Available in DCGT11T302 and DCGT11T304, they are specially designed for Swiss-type lathes and hard-to-cut materials.

Precision-ground sharp cutting edges ensure light and stable cutting on quenched steel, titanium alloy and stainless steel. ST5000 coating delivers excellent wear and chipping resistance to obtain fine surface finish and consistent dimensional accuracy.
